Letter from Coach Bisceglia

To the Parents and Players:

I want to thank everyone for all the work you put in to create, once again, a tremendously successful golf tournament. I appreciate the many people who prioritized their time to make the 2nd Classic as good, if not better, than the first. I'm sorry I didn't have enough time to thank everyone on the course, but I especially would like to thank the mom's who have worked tirelessly behind the scenes on all our fundraising projects. I hope that everyone feels a great sense of pride to pull off such ambitious events. I know I do. I believe that these type of events significantly enhance the status of our program, not only here at the school, but in the community as well. We have people whose children attend other schools, yet they still come out to support our program and our booster club. That is a testament to the richness of our organization. So, to anyone, and everyone, who has contributed with the Diamond Club, from the "Art by the Bay" auction, the Homestead parking duty, the 2nd Annual Barracuda Diamond Club Golf Classic, and the operation of our concession stand at Barracuda Field, and the solicitation of sponsorships and yearbook ads, my hat is off to you. It truly is amazing what our organization has accomplished.

I would like to wish everyone Happy Holidays!! Enjoy the break!! When we return January 2, the coaching staff and I will meet with all our players and review the agenda leading up to our January 17th tryouts. At that point, I'm sure Dave McDonald and the rest of the booster organization will come back to the table with a renewed, and refreshed approach to the task of supporting our players throughout the 2006 season.

Dave Bisceglia
