Meeting brought to order at 8:15pm.

 Topics: 

Summer Camp

The President will write a letter to all people who have not paid for the summer program asking them to please send their payment as promptly as possible. 

Art Auction Fund Raiser

It was decided to ask the Art Auction representative to come to the next meeting and explain the details of their proposal for the board to review.  

Year Book

Concern was raised about the yearbook being published so late in the year. After considerable discussion, the Board decided, in the future we need to find better ways to support the coach in this effort. 

Banner Renewal fee

The Board agreed that the fee for banner renewal would be $250. 

Sub Committees

The goals and dates of events for various committees were discussed. (Car Wash, Concession Stand, Garage Sale etc.) The Board decided not to participate in the Homestead races this year (too much work, too little return). The dates of the various events will be posted on our web site, as they become known. 

Next scheduled meeting:

The next meeting of the Executive Board will be held at Randy Flick's house on the 27th of August at 8:00 PM. The board will finalize the agenda for the first general meeting, which will be held in September and discuss the details of organizing for Fall Ball. We will also listen to a presentation from the people who conduct the art auction fundraisers.
