Meeting brought to order at 8:15pm.

 

Topics:

 

Budget

The 2003 budget was reviewed, discussed and approved and will be brought to the general membership for a vote. This meeting will take place in September.

 

By Laws

The modifications to the current By Laws were reviewed, discussed and approved and will be brought to the general membership for a vote. This meeting will take place in September.

 

Art Auction Fund Raiser

Coach will invite a representative of a company that conducts fundraisers by holding art auctions to present their proposal to the Executive Board. This will probably take place the meeting after next.

 

Next scheduled meeting:

The next meeting of the Executive Board will be held on the 6^th of August at 8:00 PM. The head of each committee will be invited and the goals for each of the committees will be established.
