An Audit committee was established to review and approve the end of year treasury report, which will be completed by the end of June. This committee consists of Howard Counoyer, Marco Leyte-Vidal and Tom Graham.
Booster
Club Membership fee:
It was unanimously agreed
upon to increase the membership fees for the Booster Club from $25 to $35.
The Executive Board unanimously agreed that the fees for Summer Baseball Camp, Fall Ball and the Regular season should be $250.00 per player.
Establishment of
permanent committees:
It was decided to establish permanent committees to
oversee to concessions, field maintenance, yearbook, banquet and various
fundraising activities. These committees will determine events and schedule
volunteers for those activities. Listed below are the committees and key
